WGIS Summer Intensive

Draft Night is an in person show in our Los Angeles space that happens Thurdsay nights 9:30pm. It lets WGIS students do some improv with a fixed team for a fmonth.

What Is It?

Our summer intensive is an 8 session, 1 week class that's a crash course in premise-style improv. We go over the fundamentals in game-of-the-scene as well as pulling premise. It ends with a class show on our stage. It's taught by Will Hines, Jim Woods and Sarah Claspell.

Jams

If you're in town for Saturday night before or after your intensive, consider coming to our weekly Jam, 6pm at our space!

Accomodations

Our theater is at 1615 N. Vermont Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90027

That's in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. If you get a place in Los Feliz you could likely walk to our space.

We are right next to: East Hollywood, Atwater Village and Silverlake. If you're renting a car, Glendale, Eagle Rock and Highland Park aren't too far. Also with a car, you could stay in the "valley" which is Studio City and Burbank.
